Five Week Shift Comes to Hatton: A Free Programme to Boost Confidence, Wellbeing and Physical Activity

Residents in Hatton and the surrounding South Derbyshire area are being invited to take part in Five Week Shift, a free community programme designed to support people who may be unemployed, in insecure employment, looking to improve their wellbeing, or simply wanting to meet new people and become more active.
Delivered through Active Futures, the programme provides a welcoming and supportive environment where participants can focus on improving both mental and physical wellbeing while developing confidence and new skills.
What is Five Week Shift?
Five Week Shift is a five-week programme that combines:
Inspirational guest speakers
Skills development sessions
Mind and body wellbeing activities
Opportunities to try new physical activities
The programme aims to help people make positive changes for both their mind and body while building connections within the local community.
Whether you are looking to regain confidence, improve your wellbeing, increase activity levels, or explore new opportunities, the programme offers a relaxed and supportive starting point.

The programme is open to South Derbyshire residents only.
