A new free wellbeing and activity programme is coming to Hatton this June. Five Week Shift, delivered through Active Futures, is designed to support South Derbyshire residents who may be unemployed, in insecure employment, or looking to boost their confidence, wellbeing and physical activity levels. Derbyshire’s Lord Lieutenant is calling on communities to recognise individuals who go above and beyond through voluntary work, community service, environmental action, sport, or supporting others.

Free Loan Shark Awareness Sessions are available to help residents and community groups recognise the signs of illegal money lending, support those at risk, and access safe, affordable alternatives.
