South Derbyshire Local Plan Review – Have Your Say
South Derbyshire District Council is inviting representations on the Local Plan Part 2 Review 2022–2042 (Publication Version).
The plan covers the whole district and sets out proposals for local housing development, alongside policies used to guide decisions on planning applications.
The representation period runs from Monday 19 October until 5pm on Monday 30 November 2026. Late responses cannot be accepted.

The document explains how to view the plan, where paper copies are available, how to submit representations and the dates of consultation drop-in events.
At this stage, representations must relate to the plan’s legal compliance and soundness.
